Island Hospital is a 43-bed, tax-supported, medical-surgical facility that serves Fidalgo Island, north Whidbey Island, San Juan County, and western Skagit County.  Island was recognized as one of the 100 hospitals in the country displaying the greatest progress in improving hospital-wide performance over a recent five year period.  The hospital offers a full slate of wellness programming, birthing options, a sleep center, and surgical/medical treatment facilities.
