Waterfront Festival Kick-off Dinner - hosted by the Port of Anacortes and presented by the Economic Development Association of Skagit County and the Anacortes Chamber of Commerce, this event launches the festival with a community gathering. Tickets $50/person or $390/table of 8 are available by calling EDASC 360.336.6114
